If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. Some pharmacists here appear to exercise bias and retaliatory behavior under the guise of “discretion.” We asked if my husband’s ADHD medication could be filled 1 day earlier than the SC “28 day” rule due to travel, and we were told no. They advised us to have our doctor send the prescription to another pharmacy in the state we were visiting which is something our doctor explained is not legally allowed across state lines for ADHD medication. The woman at the register was so rude. She said she didn't care if my dad was in urgent care. She was no going to help us because she "hungry". She slammed the gate down and almost got my fingers. I will never use Walmart again. Horrible experience. Going to CVS instead.
Was back at the pharmacy for the second time since the first time they did not have the prescription fill after one hour. Went back later and was the only one in line and was told that it was their lunch break and they would not let me pick up the prescription. I tried to explain just spent 3 hours in urgent care and my husband needed the medication immediately. The young girl informed me that was to bad and they had to have their lunch .
