Unfortunately, the pharmacy representative that I spoke to was quite rude over the phone when I called asking when a prescription would be ready. Hoping that the pharmacy manager can review phone etiquette, kindness and concern for others, and practicing empathy. Hopefully this review will help to improve patients’ experiences with this pharmacy in the future.
