Unfortunately, the pharmacy representative that I spoke to was quite rude over the phone when I called asking when a prescription would be ready. Hoping that the pharmacy manager can review phone etiquette, kindness and concern for others, and practicing empathy. Hopefully this review will help to improve patients’ experiences with this pharmacy in the future.
This Walmart pharmacy is the absolute BEST out of all the pharmacy’s we’ve had prescriptions filled! The staff is so efficient, professional and courteous I wish we could take them all back to the Outer Banks in North Carolina where we live and have them teach their staff how to run a pharmacy! Thank you all for especially answering the phones and transferring our prescriptions here since we can’t get anyone to answer their phones back home.
