Service is very poor in the pharmacy; attitude is very bad, They never answer the phone. Last time I called I waited 18 minutes and they then never answered they disconnected/hung up on me! So, Walmart, I quit you! and went to RX by mail with OptumRX a service offered by my insurance. I won't be picking up the meds my doctor called in on the 13th of Dec, and now, the 20th, without knowing if it has been filled, I'm letting them know through this venue, I won't be picking it up. Since they don't answer the phone. . .
Phone is always busy when I call in my scripts. When I went to pick up my script, the girl at the counter said she puts people on hold right away because she is too busy to answer phone calls. I asked her why she put people on continuous hold, she said, "we are short staffed, and another person is suppose to answer the phone."
