The wait time is just ridiculous, they said 20 minutes but I waited way longer than that (my item was only a small bottle), the most important thing is that they didn't even tell me that my prescription was ready and that I had to ask them if it was ready or not and then they gave me my prescription. Don't choose this as your preferred pharmacy, this is the second time this has happened now, there are also lots of other reviews that are saying that the wait time is just unreasonably long.
Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, told me a 10-20 minute wait only to make me sit through the line 3 times before finally having my prescription ready after 37 minutes. Most of staff seemingly don’t care about customers and are somehow not even able to wear a face mask right despite working in a pharmacy. Would recommend just buying a mortar and pestle a few isles over before choosing to pick up your prescriptions here.
