The Pharmacy staff here is rude and inconsiderate, I have been forced into standing to wait for a consultation multiple times for RX that I have had for years, they say I can decline the consult which legally I should be able to do but am forced into it each time, Funny thing is they say its required, I have looked into state and federal laws and it is not, I can legally opt out of it but am not being allowed to do so. I have since filed a complaint with the state pharmacy board.
Katherine the Pharmacist is absolutely condescending to people when they call in. Doesn't answer questions and bats around them with a condescending tone. She isnt really very people persony. Acts like she cares, but doesnt really seem to care.
Hate Walmart
Very efficient pharmacy. Staff and pharmacist are friendly. The rest of the store could take some lessons from their pharmacy, as I was surprised in how much better the pharmacy is run, compared to the rest of the store.
