Stephanie and Ana! Calling them angels is not an exaggeration in my case. I have called four times today and while the automated system takes a degree of patience I personally do not posses, the customer service I received from both of these women made up for my frustration. $137 medication ended up being $0 this month and I am beyond thankful for their help and kindness in helping me navigate three different prescription calls from my doctor and checking manufacturers coupons until we got to a number I could afford.
I’m working in the area for couple months and had to utilize this pharmacy and it has been a pleasant and efficient process each time! Everyone’s helpful and nice even when they’re super busy. Great work.
