The only nice and helpful person at this pharmacy is Ryan. Everyone else is rude and has no idea what is going on. After 3 weeks of sending me on a goose chase to get my prescription filled, they finally decided to tell me "oh, Walmart has a policy where we don't fill these medications for telehealth providers". No idea why they couldn't tell me this 3 WEEKS AGO instead of making me make dozens of calls to them, my provider, and my insurance. I am so anti Walmart, I never imagined I would be leaving a 5 star review with the word ‘Walmart’ in it. But their pharmacists warrant it. Very knowledgeable and engaged with their work. Always helpful in answering questions or getting more information even when it’s not a quick answer. Recently one of their pharmacists went above and beyond when a sudden health issue appeared to have been caused by a medication issue. Definitely 5 star quality in their work.
