So I called to inquire about my prescription that went from $9 to $198. I was just trying to understand why..spoke to a pharmacist, Herbby (spelling might be wrong) he goes on to say well we don't have anything to do with costs. DUUUHHH!!!! I understand that. But at least let me finish talking first! My concern did not mean anything to him at all!! Very nasty and tried to rush me off the phone. Don’t have medication ready for the third time now
It was a pleasant experience visiting this pharmacy. The pharmacists were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Was able to pick my prescription up with ease at a reasonable price.
Obviously the workers in the pharmacy didn’t go through any customer service tranning they all rude as hell!!!
