Came to pick up my blood pressure medicine today, pharmacy closed 1 hour early for Labor Day and I arrived at 5:57 with pharmacy closing at 6. I had gotten a text on Wednesday, September 2nd that my prescription was ready for pickup. When I got to the pharmacy the lady told me that my prescription was not ready and that they only keep prescriptions open for 10 days, today is September 7th, so it hasn’t been close to 10 days. I've always found the people there to be nice, polite, friendly, and they always seem to have our prescription ready when we need it and they've worked with us when we needed to get something changed or expedited
Pharmacist on duty 1/24/26 made a call to the hospital to verify an RX. She was very rude and told me to calm down due to her misunderstanding. As I re read the RX 3 times to fill she still insisted on not understanding and because of her misunderstanding wanted to be rude to me. Not acceptable!!
