My experience with the Benbrook Wal-Mart Pharmacy has always been excellent. The staff consistently make me feel supported with their helpfulness and professionalism. I’ve been a customer here for several years, and each visit has been smooth and reassuring. The pharmacist takes time to answer my questions thoroughly and shows genuine care for my concerns, which makes me feel confident and valued as a customer. Thank you for filling my prescription so quickly yesterday so I could go home and rest!
Paid to have prescription express delivered. Three hour window has come and gone. All I get is that it is delayed. Delayed to WHEN???? Can't get a straight answer from anyone and the pharmacy is closed. Lesson learned. Use CVS instead!!! Was told to call if order not received by 11 pm. Now that hour has come and gone. I called and there is no live person to be found. I have suffered agonizing back pain all day thanks to Walmarts inability to do their job.
