such bad service
I would give them 6 stars if that was possible, for the first time they were able to deal with a complex insurance issue, extremely professional and courteous
While the people are lovely (ish, the pharmacist was a bit rude last night). I came for prescriptions at 4pm. Told it would be 30 minutes so waited 40. Only one rx, then oh yeah two, but couldn’t tell me the name of the second as I have to take them together. Sorted it out and got the 3rd sent in. Did not wait and was told they would be ready this morning. Came to get and two were not filled (yet two out of the three were filled last night) super frustrating, especially when you don’t feel good and have commitments to be at ... read more
