I recently switched pharmacies after 10+ years with Wegmans. The only reason is the Walmart pharmacy is now closer in location. So far I am pleased that the transition was a smooth one! The only thing I can comment on is the hours are much less convenient ( only open til 7pm & closed during day for lunch). It just makes it more difficult to pick up prescription. There very slow
Never have my Rx in stock, even though I have had it every 3 months for years. Last few times have had to wait days or up to a week. Frustrating part is they keep saying it'll be tomorrow, oops not today tomorrow. Then today after waiting a few days, I walked up they looked at me and started closing the gate, the pharmacist stops and says, sorry Im closing for lunch. Ok, any other profession I could see, but for a pharmacist to close with a customer in line is absolutely absurd.
Always caring and kind. Efficient and reliable. Staff at this location go above and beyond the others.
