I went there to pick up pain prescription for my husband following surgery. They informed me prescription wasn't ready because she didn't know what it was for. Technician got extremely rude, interrupting our conversation, yelling at us. Left pharmacy without prescription. We will be not going back to that pharmacy after this. Thanks to her incompetence, my husband has no pain meds tonight.
Jan was very rude over the phone, called to explain my needs for refill, cut me off mid conversation put me on hold without telling me, just CLICK MUSIC!!! Zero customer service skills.

I've always felt a general sense of dread when going to any pharmacy as they seem to be full of rude people more often than not. That isn't the case for this pharmacy at the Neighborhood Market. I've been getting all of my prescriptions filled there for almost 2 years and I can't think of a single negative experience. Everyone that has helped me has been kind, patient, and informative and I feel very comfortable asking the pharmacist all of my medication related questions.
