Jan was very rude over the phone, called to explain my needs for refill, cut me off mid conversation put me on hold without telling me, just CLICK MUSIC!!! Zero customer service skills.

These people very unprofessional with a bad attitude and terrible customer service I have to call my Doctor several times in order for me to get my medication they spoke to the doctor and they forgot to clarify something then I have to call again this lady I think she’s the manager Very rude and Maybe she thinks she is the Walmart owner .Over the phone when I finish the conversation I told her that I was going to call my doctor to clarify this and she respond Thais up to you.I am opening a complaint on a higher level these p... read more

I've always felt a general sense of dread when going to any pharmacy as they seem to be full of rude people more often than not. That isn't the case for this pharmacy at the Neighborhood Market. I've been getting all of my prescriptions filled there for almost 2 years and I can't think of a single negative experience. Everyone that has helped me has been kind, patient, and informative and I feel very comfortable asking the pharmacist all of my medication related questions.

PHARMACIST **KATE: RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, GIVES INACCURATE SIDE EFFECTS DESCRIPTION ACCORDING TO MY DR'S OFFICE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS FROM THIS PHARMACIST.
