Male pharmacist is rude and extremely unprofessional . A year ago I would have given this particular pharmacy a 5 star rating. Not sure what's happened but it's definitely gone down hill.
I had a very unpleasant experience with the pharmacist over the phone. They were rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone when I was simply asking a question about my prescription. Instead of offering help or clarification, I felt rushed and talked down to. Customer service in healthcare should be professional and compassionate, and this interaction was neither. I would not recommend dealing with this pharmacist based on my experience.
