I am not normally a big fan of Walmart, but I have had fewer prescription issues since switching here. And the one time there was an issue they called me promptly so I could reach out to my provider.
The lady The answers the phone is Super disrespectful and rude talks to you like your an idiot and doesn’t listen to what your saying.
Male pharmacist is rude and extremely unprofessional . A year ago I would have given this particular pharmacy a 5 star rating. Not sure what's happened but it's definitely gone down hill.
I had a very unpleasant experience with the pharmacist over the phone. They were rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone when I was simply asking a question about my prescription. Instead of offering help or clarification, I felt rushed and talked down to. Customer service in healthcare should be professional and compassionate, and this interaction was neither. I would not recommend dealing with this pharmacist based on my experience.
