Always friendly and never any problems
I don’t know what’s going on with this pharmacy, but every month I end up having to call my insurance—only to find out I was right all along. Yet when I’m there, they make me feel like I’m the difficult one, simply because they don’t know how to work with my insurance. I’m sorry if management isn’t providing proper training, but as a customer I shouldn’t be made to feel bad because of it. Of course Steve wasn’t there, because unlike the other pharmacist he cares to help people!
