CRITICALLY UNSAFE INJECTION, APPALLING SERVICE, AND RUDE STAFF. I was there on Wednesday 5th Oct to get 2 shots and had a terrible experience . I waited MORE THAN 2 HOURS and received zero customer care. The Pharmacist (who seemed to be Filipino) was extremely rude and impatient throughout the entire visit. She also negligently administered TWO shots into the SAME ARM—a critically unsafe practice. This place is a hit and miss, there is a lady who loves to pretend to be busy on the computer while there is a lot of customers waiting. She also answers phones and place you on hold for hours. I called and she answered and put me on hold. I called from another phone and her coworker answered and actually helped me. They need to make sure quantities are as directed or doble check on that before leaving, there is a lot that needs to improve at this pharmacy from a management point of view and customer service.
