Some of them are rude and sometimes you do stand in line for awhile. Not to mention they will close up for like an hour or so and I don't have time to wait for them to open back up when they should be open at that time of day
Whoever I spoke to on the phone was extremely RUDE!!! She kept saying that she needed information and would not and did not explain that it was insurance information that she was trying to put in. I on the other hand was calling to tell them that my info had changed but I’m calling to give them new info, this is when she said “what’s your Pin?” She then got very annoyed when it was her that went from what’s your name to what’s your pin.
