What a joke of a Pharmacy. Every time we use them it’s never ready in a reasonable time. Then when we are told it’s not ready they say they will call us. We have never been called when it is ready. Just missed another prescription because “their system glitched”. I’m gonna go back to Webbs in North Manchester and drive 15 minutes out of my way for better service. We have used them for 5 years with no issues.
I’ve been waiting for prescriptions to be filled since the August 20th. Can’t seem to figure out why it’s taking them so long to get it figured out with Insurance. It can’t be this difficult.
