Called to see when a script can be picked up and was told 25th went to pick up and now told the 27th and leaving on vacation early Friday now have to made different plans and leave Saturday. Was told one thing by 1 person and something else from another they need to work together and get things right. Bad communication
So yesterday it took me 3.5 hours at Walmart when I was told my 5scripts will be ready in one hour.. I came back twice an hour apart and I walked out with giving up on the other 3scripts. Needing to go back and get them later. Nothing is a narcotics. Just simple mood stabilizers but 3.5hour to only go back today?, thanks I missed making dinner for my family bc of this inconvenience!!
