I’ve had enough. Too many times I’ve been notified my Rx are ready for pickup only to find they are not when getting to the store. Transferring to another pharmacy today. Good bye Walmart.
I left a bad survey and the lady who called was hateful as could be because it “looked bad on her store”. She wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and interrupted me several times. She could have politely explained what happened instead of having an attitude. I did not get rude but after she asked me which ones I needed because she couldn’t have them sitting up there until I picked them up, I requested they be transferred to another pharmacy.
