Walmart pharmacy in Springville are absolutely wonderful Troy, Becky, Robert, Hilda, Andrew, Chris, Loretta and everyone is so helpful, kind, thoughtful, humorous and the service is top shelf. We will continue to get all our perspiration there because we are treated with such compassion and professionalism 👍 🙏
They usually are great. But I had to question a prescription. They said ready in 10 min. I sat and watched 3 employees go on break. After 1/2 gour I asked.
My dog has has diabetes. My vet put in a prescription for the insulin and it was really expensive. The pharmacist saw it, told me there was a much cheaper option that was the same insulin but from another company and saved me $32 per vile. That's excellent, knowledgeable customer service.
Needed antibiotics and could not get them until the next day because they did not have any in stock. Also they will not hand you the medicines that you paid for until you speak to a Pharmacist even when you do NOT have any questions about said medicines!
