This is no reflection on my local Walmart store in Paso Robles, CA, but I believe a Google review is more impactful than adding a review to a corporate website. In fact if I was rating my local Walmart I would probably give it a 4. The majority of the employees there are amazing, and I see DEI in action. That being said. I am trying to calm myself after spending 4 hours of my day trying to resolve what I assume is a larger system error (unable to reach the checkout page). Medications are always ready when promised. All employees are marvelous. Their customer service is fabulous. Everyone is so nice, attentive, respectful and courteous.
I had a very helpful associate work on getting a very important medication covered. He had a lot of work in and made it work.
I don't recommend this place at all, the girl in charge is so rude, she wasn't able to answer my questions and she behive so bad just because I made an appointment for the same day for vaccines, she want me to make the appointment for two days later.
