I had a very helpful associate work on getting a very important medication covered. He had a lot of work in and made it work.
I don't recommend this place at all, the girl in charge is so rude, she wasn't able to answer my questions and she behive so bad just because I made an appointment for the same day for vaccines, she want me to make the appointment for two days later.
Staff is courteous and professional but there's a systemic issue. I dropped off a script and noticed each day when I called the automated system to check the status, the fill-by ETA kept moving back 1 day. Basically "tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow". After 3 days of this I called to talk to a person to see what was going on. She told me they had a backlog of 1000 scripts and would move mine up the queue to be filled within the hour. (Not affiliated and no family members work there.) I always had polite and friendly service at the pharmacy. It one of the busiest pharmacies in town. The satisfied never leave comments but complainer are eager to blame and tell the world. When pharamcy laws change, we all are affected, Walmart Pharmacy must comply and pass it on to their customers. Their high stress positions take a toll on them but they've never took it out on me, so, bless them. 5 stars for them.
