Attentive and direct but through
I absolutely hate having to pick up my mother's medicine from this pharmacy it screams racism. I always have to same rude and racist behavior from the same large Hispanic women that works there. I am always polite and her behavior has gone unchecked. It is bad enough that ignorance and judgement runs wild in the store. I can not believe people are still racist and rude in the age. Always chasing my medication. They don’t have it or only a portion. Then you have to get another script for the remaining owed!!
Every time I call and talk to someone they are always very short and rude with me. I understand that they are very busy but it is no excuse to treat people with such disrespect. There are plenty of jobs out there so if you do not like the one you have feel free to get another one.
