Called the pharmacy at 1:20pm to have them apply my coupon code to my prescription. Guy answered the phone said in 1 second hold please and I sat on hold for 15 minutes. Called back this time no one said anything and just put me on hold for another 5 minutes. Then called back and same thing no response just hold. No idea why the pharmacy is only 3.6 stars! These group of people are AMAZING they have always helped me, never been rude I've gotten A LOT of help from Emily recently she's a STAR and really the whole staff there is WONDERFUL and incredibly helpful they are truly a 5 star team at the Duncan Walmart pharmacy. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone and they have all exceeded my expectations. Thank you guys and gals for all Your help and kindness! Your the best!
I called for advice after having trouble getting my toddler to take medicine. The tech offered to add his favorite flavor (grape) to the medicine if I brought it back in. After they added the flavor, my toddler would finally take it. Danielle went above and beyond to help.
This pharmacy sucks I get put on hold for hours !!! And when I go in person they are rude as hell
