When you are told your prescription will be ready at a certain time. I expect it to be on time. It's pathetic how someone waits in these long lines because the staff is low. You don't make excuses you do your job. So what if you been busy. A promised time is a promised time. I am now 30mins past the time I was promised. I will be changing pharmacies once again for this same issue. Sad.
