Friendly customer service, caring, and compassionate. They were also really fast with filling our medication.

Have never had a problem here filling meds plus refills. Easy using their app to request refills. Do it if you haven’t done it already! Staff is well informed and friendly. No worries if you switch to using Good RX to get a better price on meds versus my part D plan.
Betsy at the Lenoir City Walmart Pharmacy is amazing! I've had a bit of an issue with insurance denying a medication for one of my children, and Betsy went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to pick up my child's medication today by contacting the insurance company directly. She worked tirelessly towards the end of her day, when I am certain there were endless tasks to complete, and yet our issue had her full attention, and she found a solution.
