I have been using the Guntersville Walmart Pharmacy for many years and they either know the answers to my questions or have gotten it very quickly, very good with advice and product knowledge on which one is best for my needs/wants. The people behind the glass are very professional and focused...when waiting in line i have never seen anyone not 'getting something done' and the register people are wonderful at dealing with impatient and frustrated customers...great team. Thanks for making a stressful time more bearable.
I have switched to Guntersville Pharmacy from the Boaz store for reasons of continual ignorance. Needless to say, I just took my evening meds and found I have been given the WRONG pill pack with my prescription label on it. Walmart....you might be an inexpensive place to get meds, but at what cost ???
After leaving the ER with my one year old there is absolutely no Pharmacy open after 9 in Marshall County. I get to Wal Mart Pharmacy which was actually closing time. The sweet people stayed late to make sure my son got his medicine. There reply was we have to make sure we take care of the little ones! There is still caring people in the world and I know three of them work at Wal Mart Pharmacy in Guntersville!!
