They picked up and hung up on me three times. I actually drove in and watched them do it. They're not that busy. There's one person just walking around doing nothing. I'm a prescribing physician and it's a little disconcerting that they would be this dismissive of people trying to acquire prescriptions. The local CVS and Walgreens are much better.

I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy. They refused to accept my valid paper prescription without giving me a clear explanation. When I called to clarify the issue, the pharmacy technician put me on hold three separate times without any warning—she just disappeared, and I was suddenly stuck listening to hold music.
