Very unprofessional customer service at this Walmart pharmacy. They do not call or provide electronic updates about prescriptions like other Walmart pharmacy locations do. They assumed I wanted the generic medication and filled it without confirming, which I had to immediately call back to correct. I also called to check the status of a refill and no one answered the phone. I’m not sure who the manager is, but they need to be aware of these ongoing issues. Very quick filling prescription
There was a line but 2 different women walked up the the opposite window and the lady did not tell them there was a line and helped them anyway. No courtesy for people been waiting.
