This is honestly the only competent pharmacy in baker county! The staff is so caring and helpful! We appreciate them very much!
Customer service is a nightmare. If you have questions about your medication cost. You have to speak one of the rudest person. Don't dare ask her to explain anything or ask her to look up something. She's really rude then. Her last name begins with a R. It does no good to call and speak to customer service. On the customer complaint number. They will not get back with you. Nothing will change. I refuse to go do that pharmacy anymore. Wish I didn't have to go in the store. It's sad how customer service has went down hill.
Very rude counter help from one individual more than once enough to make me change pharmacies i’ve seen how this person treats other people in line. I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s experienced a rude experience with her.
