I never ever leave reviews but this situation requires one. I’ve been using this pharmacy for years. I went up to the window at 6:29 pm December 20th 2025 Saturday the First Lady who waited on me was a older nice lady she said yes we have two prescriptions for you so give us 10 minutes to fill. I go shop around and come back at 6:40 young girl says we are out of stock of one of your meds while she’s just talking and carrying on with people behind her while where standing in front of her watching her chit chatting it up …. The new voice activated phone system is the worst. It kept resetting to the beginning even after I entered the prescription number. It finally told me to call back when they were open. Someone should be fired for implementing a system before it works.
