I got an email at 12:36pm saying my prescription was ready to be picked up. I sent my significant other to pick it up for me. When he gets there, they tell him it’s not ready and makes him wait an extra 30+ minutes until it’s available. Why would you send the email saying it’s ready to be picked up? I had an appointment to get my flu shot vaccine. I then had to refill out all the paperwork and wait an hour after my appointment scheduled time. (When I was told it would be 20 minutes!) I was just getting a flu shot. There was only two people in front of me who were just getting their vaccines as well!

They need to hire more people. They haven't been filling our prescriptions until we come in (days after they were promised) and tell them we need them now. Then we wait an hour in the store for them to finally be filled. Considering our scripts need filled at different times through the month, I keep having to drive in, complain, and wait in-store so we don't die from life-sustaining medications never being filled.

Takes forever. There is consistently a huge line, and it takes days to fill prescriptions. I understand that they had a huge influx of customers, but you'd think they would have prepared and hired more people. Walmart didnt bill my insurance. Prescritption was over $600. Never paid more than a few dollars at Rite Aid. Oh, walmart automatically billa to goodRX. When my husband said he was going to another pharmacy, the worker said, good luck...everyone is this busy.
