I had an unpleasant experience at the Walmart pharmacy. The staff member I spoke with seemed impatient and dismissive when I asked a simple question. Her tone felt sharp and it made me uncomfortable to continue. I'd hope for a more helpful and welcoming interaction.
Jonel was very helpful ensuring our script was ready before we left for vacation. This is a high volume store, I was impressed with the staffs ability to manage rude customers in front of me in line. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You might have to wait in line but they will treat you like the only person there once it's you turn.
