The Pharm tech working there “Sandra” needs to be FIRED expeditiously! She is rude, bad mannered and way too old to be so disrespectful to customers. Not to mention she stays on her phone.
There are some very nice competent people working at this pharmacy but somehow I end up going through an extreme hassle every month trying to get my medications lined up.
Always kind and friendly fast customer service they always greet me with a smile and thank me each time I’m there the pharmacists are all very helpful and knowledgeable they are the best around
I just spoke to a pharmacy tech that was so rude to me! She had an attitude as soon as she got on the phone. I was asking about having a prescription sent to another Walmart pharmacy and she just kept giving me the same answer over and over even though I was saying I don’t understand what you mean by that. But instead of her trying to explain it to me she got an attitude! How can you be so blatantly rude to someone that was asking genuine questions??
