Every time I call to pick up messages thay say it's ready but when I get there they say it will be another hour it's happen more then once and when I. Complain that say that they talked to someone and explained the situation but I'm the only one that gets the medicine and no one ever said anything to me!!
I have to call in each month to ensure they fill the refill prescription. My doc sends it every month, days go by and it's not filled. I have to call to remind them to fill my prescription, then wait another few days for it to be actually filled. Last month, the young tech couldn't figure out how to work the goodRx coupon so she turned me away. I had to go to another tech working at the drop off window to ask her to try the coupon for me. The worst pharmacy ever. I hate leaving negative reviews but please don’t go here. First I gave them my insurance card (I have Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield) and they said even though I have insurance I don’t have prescription insurance -which is not true. Back at home (in Indiana) I get all my prescriptions for free as my insurance pays for them. I think the lady just didn’t know what she was doing honestly.
