Great staff.
The worst ever!! After waiting almost 2 months for my prescription I called for an update today just to be told by the pharmacist himself that "hey you should have already transferred it elsewhere". Unbelievable, as if this was somehow my fault or my doing. Needless to say I just transferred it and hope to never need to use them.
Very unpleasant experience twice in the past few days. The dried, unfriendly, arrogant tech talk like big boss: "last name," "first name," "date of birth." The Asian pharmacist walk away while waving her hand refusing to hear me say "no need for counseling." Pharmacy technician or pharmacist still works for people to earn money. Don't act like big boss foolishly.
