Went in to pick up my insulin. The customer service was terrible. The young women who waited on me got my prescription and came back with one box of two quick pens. My prescription was for two boxes of two. I asked her to confirm the quantity, it was for two boxes and asked why I was only getting one box. Her response was "this is enough to cover your need". For store hours (Ionia), this Website says continuous hours through the day, every day of the week. However, it doesn't mention that you close for lunch, and, of course, I showed up at 1pm and couldn't get my script cause I wasn't gonna wait around for an hour. Also, you should figure out how to have a drive up for the pharmacy. If you had a drive up at the lonia pharmacy, I wouldn't have had to walk inside the store to find out that the pharmacy was closed, because I would be using the drive up almost exclusively for all my... read more
I had a few prescriptions here, they told me my main medication wasn't covered by my insurance because I took two, I went to the doctors, went back down to one, and turns out it wasn't covered in general by my insurance. I transferred my prescriptions to a different walmart and my insurance here covers it completely fine! I was paying over 120 for a month here and now I'm paying 12 at a different walmart, doesn't make much sense to me!
