Absolutely the worst damn Pharmacy in town. Staff does not know how to run your prescription through insurance. When you call and try to resolve the problem they answer the phone and hang up immediately. If they have time to answer the phone they have time to address the problem
Literally 5 people in there at 1:45 PM. Opened at 10 AM and they wouldn't open the window to give me my daughter's medicine because " we on lunch" 1 person couldn't take 2 minutes to give someone's MEDICINE all so they could sit there talking....not even eating. Disgusting
The lady working on the register at the Natchez Walmart pharmacy was so very kind to my daughter. She was really struggling today after being without some of her meds for a while. The lady helped find her a discount so she could get all her meds filled. My daughter was so grateful and smiled while talking about how nice she was to her. Sometimes just being kind can make a big difference in a person's life. Thank y'all so much
