I already switched my meds to a different pharmacy because of poor customer service and now will be switching my kids too. Parents are already upset enough when their kids are sick. They refuse to give you your medicine without giving you a consult when you didn't ask for one. I've already used the same medicine multiple times there is no need for a consult especially a patronizing one at that. If someone needs a consult they can consent to one when asked.
