Today,on March 30 Me and my Fiance waited 30 minutes in the Auto Section of Wal-Mart before we got any help. We asked different Wal-Mart employees for some assistance to open up one of the glass doors,but they didn't have excess to a key to open the door. As we were leaving out of the aisle after waiting so long,one of the young employees asked us if someone helped us yet,we replied "No". Customer service is slow but they are doing there best they always try to have my meds ready before I get there and mr Daniel is so kind I've never seen him copying a attitude,been going here for for a decade!
I am a long-time customer of this Walmart Pharmacy. It's listed as preferred by my insurance, so I get much better prices on my prescriptions. I can also get annual vaccines here when my doctor's office supply is low. The main thing I love is that I can pick up grocery and other necessaries while I am at the store. Today, LaTasha provided excellent customer service. I had 2 prescriptions that were sent to the location on Monday by my PCP, but hadn't been filled. Worst pharmacy i have ever been too. They are literally forcing me to get all of my other prescriptions filled there due to me having to fill a certain med there due to insurance ( if I filled this med at a different pharmacy it would cost me 300 but if i come to walmart it only cost me 10) so they took advantage of that & said i need to get all of my meds filled there too.I even did everything they asked of me & still continue to give me issues.
