I have been trying to get a Prescription filled Since 1-15-2026 Mr. Gandi Was there because Mr. David and Mr. Daniel was on vacation? It was a complete chaos Mr. Grande told me "That my prescription was not there"when I bought it in person ,anyway I've waited until Mr. Daniel Mr. David was in the store,. Never has a problem. They are friendly at the pharmacy and very helpful.
I've used this pharmacy for years, because it's my local one. However there's almost always a problem when I'm picking up prescriptions. 9/10 when my prescription says it's ready they have me wait around the store for at least a half hour for it.
They are VERY slow literally every single time I go. I feel like they don’t respect people’s time. They will have an extremely long line (9+ customers waiting) with only 1 person working the counter and 4 people who are visible in the back and no one thinks to help out and come to the front to help the customers faster. Today,on March 30 Me and my Fiance waited 30 minutes in the Auto Section of Wal-Mart before we got any help. We asked different Wal-Mart employees for some assistance to open up one of the glass doors,but they didn't have excess to a key to open the door. As we were leaving out of the aisle after waiting so long,one of the young employees asked us if someone helped us yet,we replied "No". So she found some help for us and we greatly appreciated her concern, however Wal-Mart customer service sucks,the overall experience sucks... read more
