On the day we brought my new daughter home to the hospital, the hospital sent our prescription here. I couldn't get right to the pharmacy on time and they waited for me. So she could have her medicine that was a year and a half ago, and we still go up there all the time, doctor and the staff have been very friendly knowledgeable and always there when we needed them!!!! Thank you much!!!
Generic allergy pills locked up. The managers on these south side stores are intentionally reducing some key choices. One example, WM brand dish soap powder cannot be found except for Gucci areas of town...go figure. Way to support your lower income community!!
Friendly helpful pharmacy techs, pharmacist is knowledgeable and helpful.
Always a problem they fax a dr. Get no answer and drag out not getting prescription I've caught them lying several times and pharmacist tried to cover up for tech lying . They give "0" Fs about people and customers they get there 8 hrs and get out. They drag their feet on. Everything
Walmart, always some kind of disappointment with them. They never have prescriptions ready for my mom . Even when we get a text message saying it’s ready, such lies! It’s not! I’ve called and I’m on hold for over 10 minutes, so I drive up there to see if it’s actually ready and they tell nope, not ready. You should have called, I did call and I been on hold this whole time. Just Lazy and Slow. Walmart needs to do BETTER! I’ll be taking my mom’s prescriptions to HEB or Walgreens.
