My doctors office tells me im able to get my prescription refill yesterday. I call to get the refill started and a lady tells me i have to wait until the 16th because the medicine is controlled. I get that, fine. But im out of medication and they wont refill it. When i received my last refill, i did notice the bottle looked like it was less full than usual. The pill sizes or container have not changed mind you. Why i didnt count them, im not sure. How convenient im 3 pills short when i switch to walmart pharmacy... ive never... read more
This pharmacy is violating state and federal guidelines. The pharmacists here are a danger to people! They keep inaccurate medication records. They do not file insurance correctly. I tried to fill my prescription and they claimed that insurance wouldn't cover it because it's over the counter. Phenergan/promethazine is strictly prescription only. They are absolutely ignorant! Went to another pharmacy and got it filled immediately. They need to fire everybody in there and hire completely new staff! I have witnessed them berate... read more
