All the staff are 5 stars x 10. Wonderful. Always willing to help and they take time to explain any questions you may have. I really depend on them to take care of my family and myself.
If only I knew two pharmacists’ names, I’d file a report with the State Board. As it is, I have contacted Walmart ethics department at the suggestion of the customer relations person once he heard what they did. We shall see. Do better, Walmart.
Without a lick of communication to me, and due to their own error regarding dates, this pharmacy decided I was a criminal and banned me from filling my medicine there. They pretty much admitted over the phone that they did this without talking to me based on my medication list only (I am treated for a major mental health disorder). Not only have I NEVER illegally tried to fill a prescription, they can see years worth of records in the database that prove this.
