If I could I would give a quarter of a star. Staff are very rude. Don't understand if they don't like their job then why show up to work at all. When asked questions pretaining to why insurance did not cover medication I was pushed to the side and left just standing there. Always the same guy that I deal with each time I go. Also when calling in medication, I'm advised 30-45 minutes and when I arrive about an hour later medication has not even been filled. Really miss having food city pharmacy around. Never had to wait a day... read more

Roxy and Maria at the Douglas Arizona Walmart went above and beyond the call of service to help me with a difficult prescription. I am definitely using Walmart Pharmacy from now on.
They are too busy for the limited staff. The registers have space for 3-4 more full time employees. They seem to try to fulfill the high demands, but slag and sluggish about actually meeting needs. No forward things, sometimes they need to be asked more than once.
