Whoever answers the phone is kinda rude.. & has an unnecessary attitude. I called to ask a simple question & got told "dont call around 1:15pm" cuz that's their lunch break. You could've said please & maybe have a more pleasant tone cuz sounded like whoever it was absolutely loathes their job.

I am very disappointed, I went to pharmacy at 1 p.m and their widow was closed because of lunch so when they opened at 2 and I asked for my daughter's eyedropper for pink eyes they told me they have back order,they do not have...and when I asked about any other wallmart pharmacy carry that? Then they told if not that wallmart then nobody else carry those,but when I call to Streetsboro wallmart they had that and I told solon wallmart that please send my order to them so I can have that and I got it from them. .so VERY RUDE ST... read more
I had a very disappointing interaction with one of the pharmacist, Megan, over the phone. She was extremely rude and showed no emotion throughout our conversation. She kept repeating that she was not there and did not try to listen to my concerns or help me resolve my issue. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and made me feel undervalued as a customer.
