I wanna start by saying I HATE Walmart, usually. I've had so many problems with Walgreens, I was at my limit and decided I would try out Walmart Pharmacy in desperation...and these people are miracle workers. It's been two weeks, and I've already received phenomenal service every single phone call. They actually WANT to help, and that is such a welcome change for me. I highly recommend this pharmacy, and if any workers see this; THANK YOU
They’re so nice and calm!! I switched pharmacies.. the gentleman that I spoke to was wonderful.. they’re pretty fast too… he transferred my meds yesterday and a few are already filled..thank you!!
I have a two-fold review. First part of review is “room for improvement”….my mother needed three days of pills as she was here on a vacation and was short on her pills. She takes five medications and the they told us our prescriptions were ready to be picked up! Went to pick them up and only three of the five were ready; I feel like we should have been notified that there was an issue with two of the five before pick up time. Everyone is very attentive and work hard to resolve any issues to quickly fill prescriptions. They truly understand customer needs and accuracy in what they do. Very good work to the whole crew!
The red haired it is the biggest joke if you want your prescription filled, do not come to Farmington Walmart, the red haired it behind the counter knows nothing and his ego is unreal.
