I visited today around 1:15 p.m. through the drive-thru, as I was feeling extremely unwell. I would like to recognize an employee named Tony, who was wearing a white coat. He came to the window and kindly asked if I had ever taken the medication before. When I told him no, he was very helpful in explaining things and even wished me a speedy recovery. His kindness and professionalism truly made me feel better, and I greatly appreciated the care he showed. Thank you Tony for making my day !
Drive through is slowest of any place I’ve ever gone
Customer service is great but the wait time is unreal. Getting a prescription hectic and an experience you don't wanna deal with. The lines inside can be 30 people deep while outside the drive through is just as bad. If you have to have a prescription picked up at this location my suggestion is to have it transferred to Mount Cross road. If you do decide to pick it up at this location all I can say is where good shoes if you go inside and have plenty of gas if you go by the drive-thru.
