I cringe every time I have to go in a get my prescription when, I think her name is, Hannah is working. There is an incident over the phone. She left me on hold when I was trying to get my medicine refilled and never came back to take my call. I called again later that day and she informed me that she could not refill my medicine even though my doctor and I were figuring out a proper dose. The lady who worked on 11/18/24 at 1830 deserves to get fired. She was being rude to a pregnant lady. Uncultured!
My insurance didn't cover my prescription and the girl here (think her name was Noelle) went out of her way to help me. Awesome experience and I left with a smile.
