Pharmacist was super nice. When the hospital forgot to send my mom’s script over they got it done for me really quickly once they put it in. It had been a long few days and I was very appreciative to finally get to go home.
Rude!!!! The way she spoke to me was uncalled for.
I cringe every time I have to go in a get my prescription when, I think her name is, Hannah is working. There is an incident over the phone. She left me on hold when I was trying to get my medicine refilled and never came back to take my call. I called again later that day and she informed me that she could not refill my medicine even though my doctor and I were figuring out a proper dose.
