Their policy on refilling controlled. Meds is ridiculous. You can’t even call in to get a prescription filled Until the date that you last filled it so essentially if you can’t get up there that day the next day, you’re out of meds, the pharmacy that I use while I was living in Minnesota was five days before I don’t understand why each pharmacy has a different policy

I entered in my prescriptions through the application for some reason they were not filled when I asked why a Walmart pharmacy employee told me they weren’t going to fill my prescriptions unless I come into the store and waited for them citing that I had ordered prescriptions and they had to be returned to stock she also reprimanded me for not opting in to receive text alerts which I responded no I do not want to be alerted it’s still my phone right it is an option I simply didn’t opt into

Pharmacist was super nice. When the hospital forgot to send my mom’s script over they got it done for me really quickly once they put it in. It had been a long few days and I was very appreciative to finally get to go home.
