The pharmacists here are friendly but a few of the pharmacy techs can really be snotty. Luckily the number of good staff members outnumber the few bad ones. The phone system is a nightmare if you actually want to speak to a live person but that seems to be an issue everywhere. Wait times are reasonable most of the time and they rarely don't have a medication in stock.
I have traveled back and forth from PA and needed my meds refilled at this pharmacy or needed a transfer from here a few times now. This pharmacy is always super fast about getting the permissions swapped back and forth, and very professional.
Exceptional regard for the customer and willingness to assist. The pharmacists and staff are so hardworking but never seize to take the time to care and build a personable rapport* such an Amazing Team! 10 star rating
