Picked up a prescription for my daughter, very helpful and friendly staff.
The Ephrata Pharmacy is seriously dropping the ball! What is the point of calling to have your prescription filled and they give you a time it will be ready only to go there long after the time and it’s still not ready and you have to wait 20 minutes for them to fill it! This has happed for the last 4 months and I’m all done. I have switched my prescription elsewhere because you guys suck!
Had a really great customer service experience huge thanks to the lady with piercings and tattoo. A bright smile goes a long way :))
