I can't imagine finding fault with the kind and helpful staff. It is easier to get information from my Walmart pharmacist than my doctor. I like to joke around with the kind and friendly people I meet, and say,"You must be from out of town." It took me 20 years to get used to Rock Springs people, who can sometimes be reserved, abrupt, and surly. In addition to never actually having anything ready on time, they also enjoy playing detective and think they should get to make medical decisions for you.

After using this pharmacy basically all my life! Finally had to switch. Several times my meds have been messed up femail pharmacist is rude uncaring and lies about rules says things are against the law and they have done things to get me my meds where I pay out of pocket now all the sudden it's against the law! Horrible customer service except for the amazing check out lady who knows I've been there forever!!
