My insurance company (US Health group, as division of Freedom Life) kept postponing and denying my Ozempic. You staff kept calling on my behalf and trying everything you could. Ultimately, you found a manufacturer's coupon so I could get my 56 day supply for $499, instead of $1200. When the insurance company failed sucked, your staff was great. Thank you very much.
The 1-Star has nothing to do with the employee's, I'm just setting this straight. This pharmacy gets a 1-Star from me because of their terrible policies. Don't expect to be able to use discount cards here for certain prescriptions, even though, the card is eligible. Walmart declines the use.
Besides Christopher in the pharmacy my trip to Walmart was a complete joke! You guys seriously don't have things I've bought here 2 weeks ago and now you don't carry it anymore. What's with that? Also doesn't your insurance on a prescription when transferred from another Walmart transfer with it? I guess not. Maybe it's a mistake to shop or even get prescriptions at Walmart anymore. Unfortunately, I take quite a few medications. The pharmacists and staff here are always helpful. They have filled my numerous prescriptions accurately and timely for some time now. I left another local pharmacy because of problems, and I have encountered none of those problems here. I am very happy with this pharmacy.
There have been times when I needed something right away and they had it ready in 20 minutes instead of the next day as they had said originally. Also, when Raley's Pharmacy was out of a very important prescription that my son needs because he has Cystic Fibrosis, they said there were no other options (like just a partial prescription to tide one over), I went to this Walmart pharmacy and they were able to do a partial (for someone that isn't even their customer).
